Our history
Many insurance agents share a similar experience no matter how many team members they have or the size of their agency...they have to deal with repetitive, day-to-day tasks - then they start to look at how much they are actually spending to have those basic tasks completed. It is this exact scenario that caused us to take a closer look at our own offices, and in that we learned that there is a more cost effective way to handle these everyday tasks.
Agency Premier Solutions was developed as not only a more cost effective way to handle the basic day-to-day tasks, but to also take care of additional tasks that no other company currently handles...let's all share in the cost of eliminating the everyday tasks that so often drain our best team members!
Our Leadership Team
Eric Esch
Eric opened his first storefront in 2012 in Glenview, IL. 5 years later he opened his second location in Arlington Heights. He has never missed travel, and has qualified as a top agency 8 times, including both offices in the same year in 2021. Eric focuses his efforts on recruiting and coaching his staff. As a result, almost 100% of his sales, including financial services, are produced through his team. In addition, this has assisted him in sending 10 Agent Aspirants into agency.
Geovanni Trujano
Geovanni established his first agency in Rolling Meadows, IL, in 2016. Eight years later, he expanded with a second location in Mount Prospect, IL. His agency has consistently ranked among the top three in its market area. Most recently, it achieved the #1 spot in its regional area and ranked 15th across the entire region.
These accomplishments have earned Geovanni some of the highest recognitions within the company, including awards for performance in PC, Bank and Auto, and CC. He has developed effective processes that ensure his office qualifies for company travel incentives by the first quarter of each year. Remarkably, he has never missed qualifying and has consistently reached the company’s highest recognition levels.
